Founded by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck, yoo is an international real estate company that designs and creates brands that add value and enhance the quality of its residential development projects, hotels, offices and mixed-use buildings in major cities around the world.

It is located in the 8th stop of Roosevelt Avenue, the heart of the Art District –a zone that blends glamour and design in one of the most exclusive beachside resorts in South America-.
The location is also strategic, since it is between the west side of the peninsula, called the Mansa beach (calm side), and the east side of the peninsula, called the Brava beach (or wild side). It is also a few meters away from the mall, restaurants and shops in the city.
